Thanks everyone on the comments. Yeah, I kinda went overboard on the buttons. I don't even undo the bottom 3 to get into the jeans. It was just easier to start the placket at the bottom before the pocket than in the middle of it.
I do need to make a couple pairs more. Maybe lessen the cuff width on the next pairs.
