Some of my vintage friends that are visiting from Australia were up to going down to the fabric district in LA today. We first stopped off to the famous B Black and Sons known for their extensive inventory of suiting fabric. A lot of major films get their material from there.
We then walked to the fabric district and were shopping fends! I'll show my spoils later. On our way home, we somehow ended up in Pasadena and literally tripped over their city hall.

I so desperately want to go to LA to get fabric. It is only a 4 hour drive I do not know what is stopping me...

ReplyDeletehaha, i was in pasadena and s.pasadena the past weekend. it was a gloreous day! we saw the huntington garden, manhattan beach, walked a long arroya trail near orange bowl, and walked beverly hills. got back to cold chicago yesterday, it's feeling like CA, strange.
