First things first.
My scanner came!
It was delivered JUST AS I WAS WALKING HOME!! I saw the FedEx truck turning the corner and I was cheesed. But turns out a neighbor signed for it for me, so I got it this afternoon.
Works great, way better than my last scanner which was a temp scanner anyway. Catalog Sunday is saved!!
Also, with my etsy store, I've finally passed my 1000th sale and have over 1280 store bookmarks! It just keeps growing and growing.
As for patterns, this past month has been a dry one. I was only able to add a couple of patterns to my stash, but I did get one gem for about $12.
In all my years of collecting, I have never seen a pattern with three different colored pattern pieces. Pink, green, and the classic yellow. I'm sure there is nothing special about it, but I thought it was just so delightful to find a surprise like that.
Here are some of my other purchases.
I've always thought New York Patterns made their women look kind of doughy on their larger sizes, but I guess I should be glad that they actually made the women look larger. Kudos.
Though I didn't buy too many patterns this month, I did get something else. When I feel depressed, I tend to buy socks. I'm not kidding. I actually have a thing for novelty socks.
Don't fret, these were no more than $10. They are so pretty!
Wow, this generally isn't this short a post, but hey, we all gotta cut down, I guess. Oh! I finished my #2 PPP dress. I'll have pictures of that up tomorrow.
It's Friday already!? Any plans for the weekend?
