Good morning everyone! As I head out for Viva today, I wanted to show you all the final of the swim suit! I Even had time to make a little cover up and the hat.
Pay no attention to the string. I use it to zip up the suit.
I lament needing help to get into the suit, but hey.
There you have it. Suit all done! Thanks for following along with the sewing.
I'll be back next week once I've recovered from Viva.
Oh wow! It looks fantastic! And I don't think I've seen your tattoos before; really nice.
ReplyDeletelove love love it! and that hat is fab :)
ReplyDeleteIt's amazing! You're so talented. In theatre we tie a little piece of matching ribbon on to zippers. Cuter than string?

ReplyDeleteYou look great!
ReplyDeleteConnie, why wouldn't I wear it in public? Isn't that the point? Are you unfamiliar with vintage style swim suits?
ReplyDeleteThanks for the kind word everyone!! I like it and hope I get to wear it because in grand style, Aunt Flow decided to visit this morning! AARRRRR!!!
Totally adorable! You look fantastic!!! I want one!!!
ReplyDeleteWonderful vintage look. You did a great job! All the details add up to a spiffy (how's that for a vintage word) bathing dress. Keep up the good work. And my sympathies for that untimly visiting relative.
ReplyDeleteThat is so cute!
ReplyDeleteYou look amazing!!!
ReplyDeleteNice! That just came together so nicely, it looks great on you! Particularily love the red piece at the back on the bottom; I could go on and on about how swell that looks. Is it appropriate to say you have made something that shows you off? Eh, to the devil: strut!
ReplyDeleteAwesome - and the hat goes perfectly!!
