Hello lovely people.

I hope your week is planned and going well.

As I touched on in my last post, I have been cleaning my place. Dusting, reorganizing, and just putting stuff in order. I FINALLY got my sewing area all put away, sorted fabric, patterns, books and notions. I feel quite accomplished in that respect.

I also looked through a lot of my clothes, mostly my causal stuff. You know how it is, you suddenly realize that white shirt is stone gray, threadbare, has holes…socks, too. Yeah, I was at that stage.

I'm going to back track a bit, and talk about what I did near the start of the previous post. I commented that I consider all things that go beneath the fashion layer to be foundation garments, and I do. Whether you are going for a 20s look, or a 40's statement, having all the right pieces that help the outer layer drape the way you want are crucial to the look.

November Pattern Showcase

My sad little Christmas tree. It needs some work.

Good morning you lovely people. I know I didn't do a showcase last month. Frankly I didn't get much in the way of patterns, or anything at all on October. But November was a plentiful harvest for sure, wink, wink.

November Pattern Showcase!!

Good morning everyone! I hope your last month of the year is going good.

Patterns for this past November have been very precice.

Okay, so everyone knows I wear pink breeches.

Yes, this is a picture of my front, LOL!

I sure am still talking about breeches.

My hair today.

Still plugging a way on my foundation garments. I'm saving my pennies for my corset supplies, and I hope to have enough by the middle of the month.
