The thing I like most about your catalog Sunday posts is trying to imagine what my Great-Gran would have ordered if she had the money at the time. She was a Texas dust bowl gal in the 30's and probably would not have had the money to order from a catalog. But I love to imagine what she would have ordered if she had the funds. She had her second child in '35 (My Gran!) so I imagine she would have ordered something comfortable. While she wore mostly overalls during the depression I thinks she would have gone for the polka dot number fourth page down, 'C' for .79 cents in the green. Cute, flattering and thrifty!
