Dust Bowl Evening Gown Progress pt 2

This thing is coming together so fast!

I had to do a couple of alterations. The front of the blouse was too large and I had to deepen the front darts but also the sleeve was a tad small, so I had to take in the side by about 2". On the next one I know to alter the front of the bodice at the side so that I won't have this problem.

I think I'm going to cut out the next one in a day or so and make it a day dress.

The jabot for the front has one more tier that gets sewn beneath the collar. The collar is actually a bit of trouble. It took a bit to get it to lay smooth. Onda wanted to try it on. It is looking very good but I have a not of hand sewing to do.
