Happy Thursday one and all.
So much going on with me. I'm sewing, I'm dancing, I'm working and I'm moving!
*whew*
If all goes right, I'll be living in my apartment by the weekend. The movers will not be here until the 25th, but I've scheduled all that matters (phone and internet and my sewing machines) over to the new place.
Last night I spent the time after work getting some things together and cleaning the new apt. Thing's were not really dirty, but I did my initiation cleaning anyway. I washed out the fridge, scrubbed the shower, put up the curtain, put up some new drapes, and started to put away some stuff in the new place. I'm excited. It's a great space and I feel I will find my own there.

ReplyDeleteI am loving your new place! I could very easily imagine myself living in a space that has so much character. You are going to have so much fun decorating and rearranging. I can see many mason jars in the kitchen...and a truly inspiring sewing studio on that hardwood floor...but that's just me. I've always thought that with older digs you can go more wild than if you have boring new plastered walls that shy away from a nail. And that building entry? Doesn't just looking at it inspire you, make you feel like you belong? Sigh.
